Return Policy

At 4Saken, all limited drop items are final sale — no returns, exchanges, or refunds. These pieces are made to order in small batches and will not be restocked. Please review sizing and product details carefully before purchasing.

Returns on Evergreen (Year-Round) Items

For non-limited items (like hats or future evergreen products), we offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original packaging with tags intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To start a return, email us at support@4saken.co If your return is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label. Do not send items back without contacting us first — they won’t be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@4saken.co We’ll make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Limited drops
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom orders
  • Hazardous materials or perishable goods

Refunds

For approved returns (non-limited items only), we’ll notify you once the item is received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing time may vary by bank.
